I'm trying for 2 hrs cardio a day because apparently any less and my body just stops losing weight (medical issues may affect this perhaps?)
Typically I do 2 workout classes but if I can only get 1 in or (heaven forbid lol) none in then I hit the gym on the bike. Classes I'm currently in: Bollywood Bellydance, Step Aerobics, Yoga, Aqua Fitness, PiYo, and Karate but I'm thinking about adding Zumba if the instructor is good so that I have less time on the bike.
I really like the Fit, Firm and Fired Up DVD when my classes don't incorporate strength training (most of the dance-y ones really don't for instance) and try to fit at least 1 of those videos (10 minutes) in if I need to.
Weekends are my down fall :( I try to spend as much time with the hubs as possible and that often means that I forgo my gym time or let myself laze around when during the week I'm up and going going gone all day most days with the gym, my business and cleaning/cooking at the house. Working on that issue.

I work out at home. I have an elliptical skier and a Bowflex. I do cardio 5-6 days a week, and weights 3 days a week.

I am both a gym and at home workout person; I do currently have a trainer so I go train with him two mornings a week; I am currently in my last package at Fitness Together then I will be off for the Summer and in the pool more and able to post on my swimming teams that I am on on this site; it is hard for me to post on every team board but I am gradually getting there. I like working out at home as sometimes when I go into the gym it is crowded and the mirror is being hogged and then again that always happens our gym at our complex is small; and some of the people that come in there are weird so I stay away from them and working out at home gives me the chance to use my equipment; I wish I had an exercise bike or a treadmill at my condo but I don't have room for one. emoticon

Our post has a new class at the gym called "Flaunt!". I finally got the courage to go last night to try it out and OMG! I had a blast! It was a little weird at frist being a room full of women and only allowed to moan vs grunt when you're in pain but it was a blast. I thought I did okay and it was easy yesterday but today I'm feeling the burn. It's like yoga + cardio + exotic dance all put together. Does anyone have that at their post?

I prefer a gym but since I work nights affording daycare during the days is just not possible for me so I workout at home during naptime. I try to do an hour to 90 minutes since the little ones don't sleep for very long anymore. I did just pick up a set of dumbbells to help increase my workout.

When I do get to run to the gym, lately I've been finding myself in Zumba classes then on the actual equipment.

What is yours?

Anything special that you find works better then others?

Are you a home workout person or one that likes to be at the gym?
