I'm trying for 2 hrs cardio a day because apparently any less and my body just stops losing weight (medical issues may affect this perhaps?)
Typically I do 2 workout classes but if I can only get 1 in or (heaven forbid lol) none in then I hit the gym on the bike. Classes I'm currently in: Bollywood Bellydance, Step Aerobics, Yoga, Aqua Fitness, PiYo, and Karate but I'm thinking about adding Zumba if the instructor is good so that I have less time on the bike.
I really like the Fit, Firm and Fired Up DVD when my classes don't incorporate strength training (most of the dance-y ones really don't for instance) and try to fit at least 1 of those videos (10 minutes) in if I need to.
Weekends are my down fall :( I try to spend as much time with the hubs as possible and that often means that I forgo my gym time or let myself laze around when during the week I'm up and going going gone all day most days with the gym, my business and cleaning/cooking at the house. Working on that issue.
