All of the above. It really depends on where I am eating (car, work, home, restaurant, family or friends homes) and who I am eating with (alone, co-workers, family or friends)

I usually chat with family or friends during my meal times. Snack times either on the go or when I'm multitasking.

*Other (please list)
It seems that I can only think "I've got to get back to.....(whatever it is I've been working on)." I hate that about myself, but I am always so behind, I can't seem to get my mind in line with my eating right anymore.

All of the above I think. Just depends on what meal it is and whether I am at home or at work, on my way to work, getting ready for work, etc.

Are You a Distracted Diner? Eating on the run. Snacking at your desk. Noshing in front of the TV. Consuming too many meals and snacks in a state of distraction could hurt your weight-loss efforts. Answer this question to dig a little deeper into your dining choices, and gain some insight on how to eat more mindfully.
?????For me, mealtime is a time to...
*enjoy relaxed conversation with family/guests.
*multitask by balancing my checkbook, paying bills, reading or making lists.
*focus on food.
*think about your days stressors and hash out issues with friends, family or myself.

You're out to eat at a nice restaurant and you've decided to allow yourself one big indulgence for the night. What would you most likely choose?
A glass of wine/cocktail A fried appetizer A warm roll from the bread basket A decadent entree A rich dessert Small samples of the items listed above Other/Something else not listed here (please specify)

This is suppose to be a lifestyle change, not a "diet". Lifestyle change allows you to plan your meals to incorporate the foods we like. where as a diet has you restricted from the food you like, which causes you to over indulge. Then you feel like crap and fall off the wagon. And so starts the vicious cycle. So I would plan it into my meals.

Do you deprive yourself of the foods you enjoy or do you plan for them so that you can still eat them in moderation? Feel free to explain your answer!

My answer would be effectiveness or ease of modifications...but maybe all these folks who say fun factor should be "telling me something". Methinks Mo needs to read between the lines!!!
