It seems that I can only think "I've got to get back to.....(whatever it is I've been working on)." I hate that about myself, but I am always so behind, I can't seem to get my mind in line with my eating right anymore.

To maintain what I weigh now. I would love to lose more, but with my Mom getting worse and needing even more attention, I will be happy with the maintaining and will work hard at it.

Being a new lifestyle of eating, not a diet, I plan for all the things I like...in moderation. Trying to avoid all the "bad" foods on a diet is what landed me on SparkPeople in the first place!

This is suppose to be a lifestyle change, not a "diet". Lifestyle change allows you to plan your meals to incorporate the foods we like. where as a diet has you restricted from the food you like, which causes you to over indulge. Then you feel like crap and fall off the wagon. And so starts the vicious cycle. So I would plan it into my meals.
