How do you plan to lose the weight?


A combination of healthful diet changes and gradually increased exercise.

I will overhaul my diet and start exercising as much as I can--I want to lose weight as fast as possible!

I set a goal in December 17 to lose 5 pounds a month, which I thought was modest and attainable.

Since then I have lost 22.5 pounds, and I'm very happy! Slow and steady.
