One of the reasons we so often fail is that we don't make the new eating plan fit into our lives. I'd encourage logging food and staying in range starting with one meal a day and working up to the entire day/week.
According to the National Weight Loss Registry, this is the single most effective tool used by those who lose weight and keep it off.
The other things come as we see more success.

Don't work out in the rain and when the temps go over 90 degrees. Especially at lunchtime at work. We are trying to get something consistent planned for when we can't get outside.

I don't like being soaked to the skin, so unless it is a light rain, I exercise indoors. I have things I use when indoors as it is also pretty cold and slick in the winter.

I never work out outside, so it doesn't make a difference to me

Late at night - but I think that's because I drink so many liquids in the morning that I don't get really hungry till just before dinnertime, which I try to eat as late as possible so I don't have to have hunger pains in bed! LOL

I have trouble sleeping most nights and that is when I go to the fridge for something to eat, not a great binge, maybe just a slice of bread and jam.
