I have a quasi-time line which is my birthday this year BUT last year's time line was my last birthday. So I have to say honestly, I really don't have a time line - I just want to be healthy & make my habits life long!

Tricky question. I get my steps more easily on work days but since I work weekends and weekdays, I would have to say that I work out more on my days off (which would be equivalent to weekends.)

I work out more consistently on weekends...at least I should say I meet my step goals easier on weekends (and don't need as much treadmill to make up), I probably more consistently step on treadmill during the week as I have an office job....but even with that, hard to get to 10K goal on weekdays sometimes.

My reply to prior question: Even though it takes a little more time and effort, Ive been buying and preparing healthy foods on a regular basis.

I make list throughout the week on my phone as I run out of things, then shop for the week keeping in mind categories for veggies, fruits, and proteins, and purposely chosen carbs...otherwise, I'd come home with naughty carbs and not have what I need. My week gets off to the best start if I draft my Monday's meals on sparkpeople on Sunday, and pack my breakfast, lunch and snacks along with it...and find if I at least have a plan for dinner, I'm less likely to make an impulsive easy (lazy) bad choice when I get off work after my busy Mondays.

Answer from last week's question: Fact

Explanation:
If you work out the smaller muscles first, they'll be too tired to help out when you're lifting heavier weights to train your larger muscles. So do the "heavy lifting" first, and finish off with the smaller muscles.
