Shoot.. I put raw spinach in my smoothies. They turn green but I get a lot of really good vitamins! lol

That is the truth!
I am also finding out that my previous aversions to certain veggies was silly! I am discovering that with the right seasoning vegetables are so good!

I love this one!

I used to dread trying to get veggies in during the day. It doesn't always mean a "salad." Once I started to really cook and use seasonings, I learned that are so many ways to make veggies taste good! And sometimes, I want MORE.

Any additional ideas - please let us know!!
