This morning I open my emails from Spark. I got a group of emails that I normally just DELETE.
But now that I am getting to know everyone better, I really looked at the Digest Email for the 10K team. We have a lot of members.. so I wonder where I landed in the points and fitness minutes list.
Well I looked - I am 53 for fitness, and 46 for points. Now I know that I don't log everything .. I try to but I know that I have missed some.
So I am challenging myself to raise the bar. I want to be higher on that list lol ...
AND by logging what I eat better and my fitness minutes, reading more articles and emails - maybe, JUST MAYBE, I might break this plateau I am on and break back into ONE-DERLAND. Of course, that's ten lbs away but I can't budge my weight this month.
So watch out!! I am going to climb those charts... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
This is all in FUN but I think it's a good challenge for ME. I need to be more accountable my for eating and my exercises.
My challenge to YOU is to read the Team Digest email. REALLY read it.
