Sad, there are so many out there suffering with sleep deprivation.
I truly do NOT have that problem...partly due to several things....one I NEVER tell myself "I hope I will sleep".... I pray before I go to sleep, and before I know it I fall asleep!
Course I DO take my calcium and magnesium at bedtime, along with melatonin, and ashwaganda....an herb that helps with sleep....I used to take valarian root, but haven't needed it for along time.
Sleep during the day after working all night, with only calcium. I am truly thankful to have no problem sleeping 9-10 hours....my problem is waking tired....due to my hypothyroid...
