I am going to Ping - I was late for something the other day and suddenly found myself running - yes running - across the lawn. Now I haven't run for ages - usually just an ungainly fast waddle - and it was thrilling. Just shows that even 8 pounds can make a difference so I am mightily encouraged despite going through a static weight-loss period.
Hi kaki. I think you are giving yourself way to much work. We can all post our own successes and congratulate eachother and comment etc. ourselves. Well, let's see how it goes. Thank You for all of your help and time.
I'm going to use this forum to post the weekly "shout-outs" as well as a new weekly "ping" list to celebrate other victories, progress made, etc. To get "pinged", visit the huddle wall and post your victory/celebration/progress statement during the week....You define the victory/progress/celebration and the rest of us will celebrate it! (you don't have to be specific about what it is, just indicate that there is one...)
