OK! My first cycling challenge :D I'm going to try NOT to have my high carb days in a row, which is what usually happens by default. This is what I'm trying this week (4/3):

Sunday: LO carb/LO cal, REST day
Monday: LO carb/MED cal/cardio+weights
Tuesday: Med carb/MED cal/cardio+weights
Wednesday: HI carb/MED cal/cardio only
Thursday: LO carb/LO cal/cardio+weights
Friday: LO carb/LO cal/cardio+weights
Saturday: HI carb/HI cal/cardio only

Hi Mary! Maybe this is what I need??? I started carb cycling a lng time ago and it went awesome for the first few months, but as tme went on, I found it harder and harder to stay on it. I did 2 high days, 2 no carb and 3 low days a week. I have gained some weight the last month and know that some is muscle, but I also know it isn't all muscle because my clothes are a little tighter... still fit, but just differently and not ow I like.

Do you do specific meal plans?

The 4 Week Carb Cycle Challenge if for those who wan tto be accountable for their Carb Cycling menu. The Challenge is to eat 2 HIGH CARB days per week.

For each LOW CARB day, give yourself 1 point. If you stayed on track, you will have 5 points by the end of the week. Let's see who can end up w/ 20 points by April 30!

Challenge starts Sunday, April 3 and you can post your progress on this thread.
