I've been MIA also...sick as a sick puppy but I am feeling well enough to begin some light exercising. I was starting to trip whether I had pneumonia or tubercolosis or something. lol. But I am going to restart anew. I hope everyone else is well.

Question:

How do the challenges work? Do we just state that we are in and weigh in on a certain day? Are there rules for checking in and posting, etc.?

I want in on this one so please let me know.

March 10 - HIGH!!

March 13 - HIGH - Sundays are my High Days
March 14 - HIGH - Fell off track w/ V Day : (
