I fell off track on Monday w/ it being Valentine's Day. And although yesterday was a low day, I ate way too much fat. Crazy day w/ my daughter and having to take care of things that I didn't eat on track and came home and binged on peanute butter.
Glad things are going well for you. So far, so good w/ me too! Yesterday was a high day and although I ate clean, I didn't quite stay on track w/ my meal plan. It probably turned out to be more of a medium day, but at least my carbs were higher.
