I did fine on valentines day- but WHOA my weekend was BAD!!

Needless to say- I have to work HARD the rest of this month if I wanna undo some damage- LOL!

I really have to watch myself on higher carb days- cuz I eat too much LOL- maybe I need to make those running days??

glad you are back! lets kick butt the rest of this week!

I fell off track on Monday w/ it being Valentine's Day. And although yesterday was a low day, I ate way too much fat. Crazy day w/ my daughter and having to take care of things that I didn't eat on track and came home and binged on peanute butter.

hey- still going at it- I am doing this this week:

( I know mon and tues are passed, but I will still tell you what I did!)

I am also doing p90x so I am SURE I will see great results!

last week I started great and finished sloppy... so this week I am going to do my best to stay on track!!

Glad things are going well for you. So far, so good w/ me too! Yesterday was a high day and although I ate clean, I didn't quite stay on track w/ my meal plan. It probably turned out to be more of a medium day, but at least my carbs were higher.

hey!!! I am doing great! today is a medium day- which means I can have fruit- I am thinking this was a great idea- THANK YOU!! just what I needed....

tomorrow is a high carb day and I plan on having good carbs and tracking my food real good- I seem to forget to track on high carb days lol....

I really think it is TIME for me to get serious and get these blasted 20 lbs off for good... (this would be the weight I gained in the last year- :/ )
