* 2 pieces nitrate free bacon * 2 cups chopped chicken * 3 large lettuce pieces * 1 chopped scallion * 1 small yellow onion * 3 diced garlic cloves * EVOO and coconut oil * cayenne, black and crushed red peppers, chili powder, honey, lime juice * 8-10 diced almonds
Lettuce Wraps: Place a tsp of coconut oil in a frying fan and saute 2 cups of chopped chicken, 1 chopped yellow onion and 2 slices of nitrate free bacon (chopped). When chicken is 3/4 of the way done add on the diced almonds, garlic and scallions. Once the frying pan items are fully cooked pour the sauce into the frying pan and let it simmer in with the other ingredients.
Let the chicken mixture cool and plate on the 3 large lettuce pieces and enjoy.
Sauce: Add 3 tbsp, tsp melted honey, black pepper, cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper, and fresh squeeze lime juice to a small bowl and mix ingredients
