Thank you Everyone! I'm going to see if I can get it figured out! Have a great week!!
What worked for me was suggestions to just go in there and play around with things and investigate. Now I track my food intake everyday on the nutrition tab. I keep it simple for me so it stays fun.
There is a vegetarian option in the suggested meal, but no vegan; I was looking for that to see how I could integrate some vegan ideas in my meals or on some days in terms of proteins since I'm trying to cut back on animal products and with the vegetarian version, eggs and dairies are included *sigh* I still use the tracking because it keeps me honest in terms of intake and allows me to troubleshoot my eating habits.
If you find a vegan menu anywhere, lmk! I still cannot figure out how to get proteins w/o a massive dose of carbs without animal proteins :( Maybe it's not possible and carbs can add up quickly ie more calories.
I agree with the suggestions of others here - I never used the nutrition tracker's meal planning function, because I just found it to be a pain that didnt' allow me to be flexible.
Once other thing to keep in mind, is that you can go to SparkRecipes (under the "Healthy Lifestyle" tab at the top of your page) and search the vegetarian or vegan categories by meal type (i.e. dinner, snack, etc.) and even look for specific ingredients as keywords. When you find a recipe you like, there's a button on the righthand side of the page to add it to your meal planner directly.
Hope this helps!

If you mean the meal planner feature (which I don't use either), you can go to Change Nutritiion Goals (it's at the bottom of your My Nutrition tracker on the right hand side, where the buttons for Grocery List, Remove Multiple Foods, See today's full report are.
So once you've clicked that, scroll down and you can set preferences for the meal planner. There's a vegetarian option, but not vegan. You can also tick No Eggs but I can't see a way to eliminate dairy if that's your preference.
Hope this helps.

Nutrition Tracker is where you enter what you've eaten. You can enter whatever you want.
I think you might be referring to a feature that plans out your meals for you and tells you what to eat. I've seen this somewhere, but just now could not re-find it. And yes, I think there was an option there to indicate if you're following a certain type of diet, like vegetarian. I'm guessing if you click the HELP button at the top of the page, you could find this feature.
FWIW, I don't use that meal-planning tool, or whatever it's called. To me, that seems like a pain! I'd rather just make and eat the foods that my family and I like, and try new things occasionally - not 3 meals a day.
Is there a place to go to set up my Nutrition Tracker to feature vegan/vegetarian meals/foods instead of the regular menu? If there is, I sure can't figure it out on my own other then replacing foods. I want the foods to automatically show up on my tracker menu along with occasional recipes like it does now with regular foods. Thanks!
