Ladies, you are doing great!

So far, no injuries for me. I started my third week of CLX today. I ran on Monday (felt great) and trying to walk outside more. I just haven't been able to check in as much here. :(

Hey Everyone!

I changed my workout from Lean for Life to TurboFire. I am enjoying it and Level 2 of 30 Day Shred. I have not missed any scheduled workouts and have been consistent with my rest days. Eating is an issue because based on TurboFire book. I am supposed to be eating 1900...I am struggling to eat clean up to 1900...lol

I will be done with Burn on Friday and I haven't hurt myself yet. I ran my 5K last Sunday.
I think you're doing great on your goals, Sarah!

How are you all doing with your goals?

So I am doing great with my goal to keep up with my workouts. Been really proud for getting them in and not skipping my cardio!

The one I had to chill out on was watching my cals so crazy. Just didn't realize how busy I'd be this month so logging food and being stressed about having a deficit of 750 cals was too crazy so I've scrapped that goal. Now my goal is to just stay even on eating/working out and if I lose a pound thats great but I'll keep my workouts and my sanity with this adjustment.

Hope you are all doing well!

Sarah, thank you for starting this!

My goal for June is to finish the first phase of ChaLean Extreme, with NO injuries. (I started today!)

Another goal is to make time to run at least once a week. I haven't been running lately and I miss it.

Now that we are having good weather, I want to be outdoors more. :) A mid-morning walk or evening walk will make me happy!

This month I want to finish Burn and start Push. I will run my first 5K race on 6/12 and then start training for my first HM on October 2. I will have no injuries this month (or any month after....fingers crossed).
Have fun with your BodyBugg, Sarah!

This month I am really working on watching my calories by actually logging my food! :-) I got my bodybugg so it makes sense that it would be my focus. There are seasons for everything and for me right now I'm really pushing myself to see what kind of athlete is in there. Chalene is the perfect one to bring that out in me!
I also have the next 28 days of workouts written out and will not allow myself to skip the cardio!

June is here! (In China at least! You all will catch up in the am!) At the beginning of every month I like to think about my goals for the month. Lets take a few minutes and think about what we want out of the month for ourselves. For some it may be a time to really focus on what you are eating, for some it's about not skipping the stretching or ab workouts, for others you may be needing to take a week of and let your body rest. Whatever it is you are looking to do lets write it down and then commit to check in on it at least once a week and see how you are doing!
