good morning this fine hump day!
my goals this month are the following:
get more consistent with my food tracking
early to bed
early to rise
so i can include some weekly AM workouts like WATP, pilates, abs, athletic stretches and
leave work on time--perhaps even a few minutes early--now wouldn't THAT be sumthin'?
join a walking/jogging/running club
complete CLX burn session and start push (come hard or go home!!!)
eat out LESS!!!
do more "stuff" with my honey (awwwwww!!!)
all of which amounts to loving myself MORE!
