My next goal is to figure out the video blog thing and talk about my motivational poster that I worked 10 hours on, so I could avoid exercising. (Don't try this @ home.)

The poster is done. I plan on doing the blog by Jan 15th. I also opened my big mouth, so one of my doctors wants to see either the vlog or the poster. Yeah, I am bad about keeping secrets.

I will try to post on the huddle when I get it finished so you can check it out. Your comments can be my reward. Along with the fact that I will have a beatuful poster hung in my dining room or living room to remind not to cop out of my exercise.--I put too much work into the poster to not accomplish the over all goal of better health.

Blessings,
Amanda, RN

What is your next goal?

How are you going to reward yourself for meeting this goal?

What is the status of your goal? Beginning? In progress? Struggling? Complete?

How can your teammates encourage you?

Blessings,
