We haven't had a challenge in a while. We all need a little motivation every now and then. I really need motivation this month.
What are your fitness goals? Let's take it one month at a time.
List three fitness or health goals you want to stick to in the month of April. Do you want to workout five times a week because in the past you worked out four times? Do you want to loose five pounds? Do you want to stop drinking coffee or alcohol? Do you NEED to drink more water daily? Eat more fruits and vegetables?
Write it down. Chalene always says to write it down. Think about three goals and post here. Post on your SP blog to tell everyone. Post on FB if you want. The more people you tell, the more likely you are to stick to those goals. :)
