Maggie, I worry about my knees too. I do some of Ally's modifications in TF. I have been doing good lately with my knees. I ice them if they feel sore.

Week 1 was good. I ate less processed food. We bought a Vitamix on Monday and we have used it ever day since. I have been adding spinach to my protein shakes in the morning. :) you can't even taste the spinach!

I worked my abs only twice this week...but I will consider it three times since in Sculpt 30, there was some ab work in there. I weighed myself one morning, even after feeling so bloated and I was down 2 pounds from the last time I weighed myself...which was about 2 1/2 weeks ago.

Last night I was naughty and had chocolates from my goodie bag my mom brought me. oh well. I will do better today.

Hey Louisa.. Girls.. My goals for April are pretty similar, since I'm going to the beach with my family in may.. But also I'm trying to stay in between high and low impact so I will not hurt myself.. (I'm always afraid of my knees) I have to stay eating healthy (I'm doing better now), I would like to workout 6 days and add an outdoor jog at least 4 times a week.. 1 hour.. When the weather let me do it.. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Step by step... Every day is a small win.. Let's do it: one day at a time!!! :) Maggie

My three Fitness and Health Goals for this month are:

Work my abs three times a week. (I have been slacking on this)

Loose a few pounds. I usually use a couple of pounds before vacation.

Eat cleaner. I want to eat less processed cr@p. Less granola bars and chips and sweets. Eat more whole foods.

I have to be in a bathing suit in four weeks. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I want to get through CLX Burn without injuring my back. Run 3x/week without injuring myself. I'd love to drop a couple pounds...not going to put a number on.

We haven't had a challenge in a while. We all need a little motivation every now and then. I really need motivation this month.

What are your fitness goals? Let's take it one month at a time.

List three fitness or health goals you want to stick to in the month of April. Do you want to workout five times a week because in the past you worked out four times? Do you want to loose five pounds? Do you want to stop drinking coffee or alcohol? Do you NEED to drink more water daily? Eat more fruits and vegetables?

Write it down. Chalene always says to write it down. Think about three goals and post here. Post on your SP blog to tell everyone. Post on FB if you want. The more people you tell, the more likely you are to stick to those goals. :)

Have a healthy and active month of April! Happy Spring! emoticon
