I just want to maintain my main goals - eat healthy and get active 6 days a week, if not 7. But most importantly, I want to incorporate these goals with my family, and get them on board too. I want us all to grow up to be a healthy family together. :)
Since everyone's journey here is different, I thought it might be a good idea for us to have a space for each of us to announce and track a personal goal for the month. It could be weight-loss/health related, or something from another part of your life.
To clean a little bit in my apartment every day, for 10-15 minutes.
