I've joined the huddle/posting goal. Beforehand when I did Spark People I didn't really use the social aspect of the site, and I decided that this time when I was going to try to get healthy again that I would give it an honest try. It's been a great decision! I'm checking in with my teams, and I'm following some people with their blogs, and I'm loving the new people I've met and started talking with. It's keeping me motivated for sure!

I've cleared out the old team goals, and created some new ones for this month. Going forward, I'll take a look at what goals seem most popular, and try to stick with similar ones!
Here are the new team goals for February 2011:
1. Try 1 new thing (like a strength exercise, workout dvd, food, experience, etc.), 1 time per week
2. Get 8 hours of sleep per day
3. Eat at least 3 servings of fruit and/or vegetables 1 time per day
4. Earn 500 sparkpoints per month
5. Check into this SparkTeam, 1 huddle and/or post to the forums, 1 time per day
You can sign up for any or all of these goals by visiting the team homepage, scrolling down to the bottom, and clicking the "Join Goal" button beside each one that you want to participate in. It will ask you to confirm that you actually want to join the goal before adding it to your "Other Goals" tracker.
