I belong to Milestone. I would love a workout partner or at least someone to keep me honest about going, but I have a really odd work schedule. I'm off on Tuesday and Wednesday, but I am trying to keep to the same workout schedule everyday. Right now I am getting there about 10 and working out for an hour (longer on my days off). I am trying to get there at 9am, so I can have two hours.
I am trying to get to the 10am yoga classes on M-W-F, and I would love to go to the dance workout class at 9am on those days. T-Th-Sat are my strength training days, so I usually only get that in and then a bit of cardio after.
If you are interested, I would love the company.
Tomorrow (Sunday) I am shooting to make it to Yoga (10am) and then Yoga Nidra class (11:45 am).
Total weight loss goal is 70 lbs. I am breaking the large goal into smaller goals. I have reached my first goal of 27 lbs, and starting my 2nd 27 lbs goal!
