Today is about reevaulating your workout routine. It is recommended that you update your routine every 4 weeks. Our bodies adjust quickly, and we need to keep it guessing if we are going to get stronger and healthier. If it has been 4 weeks since you started this workout routine, it is time to make some changes. The changes don't have to be dramatic; you can simply change the weight you are using, increase or decrease your rest intervals, switch out a few exercises, and you've got a new routine.
Take out your journal and look things over. Tweak things if necessary.
