Spaghetti squash, roasted, mixed with a little egg and cottage cheese, on the bottom of a shallow casserole dish. Then layer with seasoned browned meat, Italian veggies (garlic, onion, tomato, squash, eggplant), and mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven as a casserole.
