join -www.allrecipes.com and go to healthy recipes, they have a list of low carb recipes, if you join for free you can save your recipes at the amount of servings you want or lower the servings when you come back to it later. It is handy for 1-2 people.You may check out the site without joining but you wont be able to change the amounts or save anything. link>

Spaghetti squash, roasted, mixed with a little egg and cottage cheese, on the bottom of a shallow casserole dish. Then layer with seasoned browned meat, Italian veggies (garlic, onion, tomato, squash, eggplant), and mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven as a casserole.
