A yoga hike combines 60 minutes of gentle hiking with 30 minutes of yoga poses done in the great outdoors. Meet and make new friends while walking the trails and stretching under the trees. Our yoga hikes take advantage of a number of local venues that showcase some of the area's best walking trails.

6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.: Lewisville Beach Blast The Embers
The Beach Blast is always the 3rd Saturday in June, and is the one town-sponsored event intended for adults. Music is provided by two bands, one of which is always The Embers.This year The Catalinas will play from 3 to 5:30 p.m. and The Embers will take the stage at 6 p.m. and play until 10 p.m.

3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m: 108 Sun Salutations
Participation is free, but we ask participants to bring money to donate to the Clemmons Food Pantry. They’ve raised over $11,000.
Remember, you don't have to do 108 sun salutations - many folks do fewer, even just ten or fifteen. What's important is simply doing what you can - in good form, with confidence.

Rock the Park 2012 is back and better than ever!
