Great inspiration everyone! You might want to consider taking pictures as you progress to help motivate you. Maybe even create a vision collage or two to post around the house. Put the things on it you want to be able to do or achieve! Have fun and be creative. It can be a lot of work to get to where you want to be, but think of how great it will be to get there...and the journey is just part of the fun!!
My inspiration is myself. I want to gain the confidence I've always lacked. I want to become a healthier and better me. I want to be the person that my husband sees me as. I also want to be in great shape so that we can start working on our family.

I am first and foremost doing this for myself. I would say after this comes for my family. So with exercise and a healthy balance on eating. I should get to where I want to be. Plus, I see at past the age of 40 in my family things are not so good for us ladies. So the time is to act now and get a hold and grip on what is changeable for a healthy lifestyle.
My first motivation is that I'm tired of feeling and looking like I do, I want to be physically and mentally better. I'm also going to be looking for jobs soon, and as I'm going to be working in a pretty physical field I need to be a lot stronger. When I'm not focusing on how I feel and the goals I'd like to achieve, seeing others reach their goal really motivates me. If they can do it, I feel like I can too!
