I'm actually doing pretty well with this one - especially since I got a camelbak water bottle. It holds three cups of water, so I try to drink three bottles a day. I used to hardly drink any water at all but now I find myself getting thirsty if I'm not drinking during the day!!
Im up for this Challenge!
Water is essential for so many things in our lives, yet it can be so dang hard to get those 8 glasses of water down! Today (and everyday!) drink your 8 cups of water. Don't forget to track you water on the nutrition page!
