*Eat before you're hungry, drink before you're thirsty. The machine works better when it's well primed.

*Plan ahead. You wouldn't drive through the desert on a quarter-tank of gas, would you?

*Quality in, quality out. Proper nutrition will help you get maximum benefit from your workout.

Hi, sorry for the delayed response, I've been sick the past couple of days...and I have 2 sick little kiddos! :(

Answer: to change your preference from metric or not, go to the start page and click on the link that says account/email preferences. Under the account tab scroll down to "my information." There is a check box in that section to choose if you want to use metric or not. Hope this helps!
