Well, resting didn't work so i'm out another day. Well sort of .. my arms work fine so i'm doing curls while watching tv sitting on my heating pad and getting more Sparking done.

I've got a pulled bum muscle and some sciatica going on so I'm Sparking this morning. If the trip to the grocery this evening goes well then i'll be back to walking miles tomorrow. If not I guess i'm sitting out another day.

On Saturday, I walked on treadmill for 40 minutes in morning because my round of golf got cancelled due to rain then went Bowling for an hour in the evening. On Sunday, I walked 6.8 miles in 120 minutes to beat hunger locally and around the world. My feet are tired and my left calf muscle is hurting.

I FINALLY got around to purchasing 160 pounds of salt and replenished the supply tank for my water softener.One forty-pound bag at a time from back of car in driveway, through house, and down to basement. REPEAT.

I mounted two new tires and tubes on one of my bikes last night. The old ones were 21 years old, didn't look worn out, but they were tired so they needed, no, demanded, to be changed. emoticon
