I've got a pulled bum muscle and some sciatica going on so I'm Sparking this morning. If the trip to the grocery this evening goes well then i'll be back to walking miles tomorrow. If not I guess i'm sitting out another day.

On Saturday, I walked on treadmill for 40 minutes in morning because my round of golf got cancelled due to rain then went Bowling for an hour in the evening. On Sunday, I walked 6.8 miles in 120 minutes to beat hunger locally and around the world. My feet are tired and my left calf muscle is hurting.

I FINALLY got around to purchasing 160 pounds of salt and replenished the supply tank for my water softener.One forty-pound bag at a time from back of car in driveway, through house, and down to basement. REPEAT.

I mounted two new tires and tubes on one of my bikes last night. The old ones were 21 years old, didn't look worn out, but they were tired so they needed, no, demanded, to be changed. emoticon

I walked 1.2 miles burned 148 calories and will be leaving for home depot in just a few minutes.

I will be back this evening to complete the second half of my workout because I vowed to hoof it 80 miles this month. I'll let you know how my good friend likes the taste of crow on October 1st.

Today we went to our local ski hill for a picnic put on by the ski club. We rode the chairlift up (ok lazy) but then walked down - 2 miles. (unfortunately more than made up for the calories spent with a couple beers)

Also made a meat loaf ....... a carrot raisin salad, finished vacuuming and shampooing carpet in my studio ............. Went shopping ........ trimmed my own hair since stylist is gone for a week .......... Not too much ............. lol

I ended up seeing the Doctor ........ as I felt very dizzy all weekend and more so today ............. Turns out have hypertension ......... start meds ....... and told to "lay off the salt" and lose weight! (Like 20#) .......... What?! ....... emoticon who... ME? ............
On the serious side ................... Does anyone recommend a team that would help ........... Like Clean foods .............. whole foods .......... etc? ......(I will search around) emoticon

i got ride of a lot of stuff to goodwill! Before computers .... I had a set of encyclopedias for the kids, so I did not spend all my time at the library.... they took up 2 WHOLE shelves of a book case! My youngest is now 32 years old and out on his own..... WHY AM I KEEPING THESE?!?!?!? They are long gone to goodwill! LOLOLOL The libraries did not even want them! I donate a lot of my books to the libraries, they are happy to get them.... BUT not old encyclopedias!
