I thought I'd inadvertently entered a birthing forum or worse....
Liking myself while losing the weight is the key to my success.
I walked for about 45 minutes in 103 degree weather wearing black pants and a long sleeved shirt. I got a headache so I damn well BETTER have lost weight, I was sweating like a dog.
I've just had a cyst drained though and a reaction to the aspiration so I'm taking it easy...well, until tommorow at least.

May 25: 20 minutes work out video X 2=40 minutes
May 26: 10 minutes work out video X2=20 minutes
30 minutes elliptical X 2=60 minutes
May 27: 20 minutes work out video X 2=40 minutes
40 minutes elliptical X 2= 80 minutes
May 28: 5 minute workout video x2= 10 minutes
45 minutes elliptical x 2=90 minutes
May 29: 10 minute work out video X 2=20 minutes
90 minute walk X 2=180 minutes
May 31: 20 minute work out video X 2= 40 minutes
75 minute bike ride X 2-150 minutes
Total for this week: 730 minutes
Every Time I hear that dirty word "Exercise" I wash my mouth out with "Chocolate" !!!!!!!!

I'm on a low-crap diet and a get-off-your-butt exercise plan.

5/24: 80 minutes running x2 = 160
5/24: 20 minutes swimming x2 = 40
5/25: 34 minutes running x2 = 68
5/25: 20 minutes walking x2 = 40
5/26: 45 minutes spinning x2 = 90
50 minutes weight/resistance training x2 = 100
40 minutes swimming x2 = 80
5/27: 20 minutes running x2= 40
30 minutes swimming 2x = 60
45 minutes spinning x2 = 90
5/28: 60 minutes spinning x2 = 120
5/29: 30 minutes aerobics x2 = 60
15 minutes abs x2 = 30
60 minutes running/walking = 120

Ok...I'm a day late, a dollar short & need another hour of sleep! Here's this last week's challenge & the final push:
ANY and ALL Cardio/Strength training done this week.
Count the minutes and DOUBLE THEM!
