May 28: 5 minute workout video x2= 10 minutes
45 minutes elliptical x 2=90 minutes
May 29: 10 minute work out video X 2=20 minutes
90 minute walk X 2=180 minutes
May 31: 20 minute work out video X 2= 40 minutes
75 minute bike ride X 2-150 minutes
Total for this week: 730 minutes
Every Time I hear that dirty word "Exercise" I wash my mouth out with "Chocolate" !!!!!!!!
