In an effort to increase participation and support each other, I want to hear about goals (they can be small or large) that you accomplished that made you feel good about yourself or motivated you.
My accomplished goal is I went 2 whole weeks without caffeine or carbonation of any kind. Not a large goal, but it is something small that made me proud.
