Today is my day 2 for burn circuit. I did not rest yesterday and did TJ fatblaster since I also need cardio for weight loss. I completed BC 2 today along with Rockin' Body Party Express before my weight workout. So the rest of the week will be spent doing only the required workouts. I figure adding 2 days of cardio along with the programs cardio (Burn Intervals and Burn It Off) will give me 4 days of cardio. Hope to see some good results at the end of month 1. A part of me wants to weight on Sunday but I think it's better to just hold off until the end of the month since weight training and heavy cardio tends to cause water retention to your muscles for the first couple of weeks.
