I love Turbo Fire but I do have to say it's very fast and omg EZ? EZ? that's not EZ as in easy! LOL Turbo Fire EZ 45 is just without Turbo intervals but by no means easy..... I always say try it, at least if you give it a go and you're not happy you know you can switch it up. I've just noticed a great shape change after doing ChaLEAN Extreme and now hitting Turbo Fire. It's like when I started TF the weight just moved easier. AT 45 I'm finding it's harder to shift those bits! LOL Good luck with it all and no matter what you do just keep doing it! Hmmmm good question .. I have completed ChaLEAN Extreme twice over and now doing Turbo Fire. I find that as long as you do alternate and do not work the same muscle group twice over it would be ok. I've got to rest on Saturday this week so I put the Core 20 + Stretch 10 into the Wednesday which is nominated as REST and feel that it's the best for me. Maybe jump on Facebook and join the ChaLEAN Extreme page and ask there? That way you'll get a variety of different answers and work out which would suit you? Good luck with it all .. :o)
Hi! I just finished my 2nd week of the Burn Phase (my first time doing Chalean Extreme), and it's going really well! My question is; starting next week I will be working a double shift on Circuit 2's workout day, which is Wednesday for me. Is it okay for me to switch my rest day (Tuesday) and Circuit 2 so that I don't have to work a double AND do a workout? I guess I'm just worried that the program was constructed that way for a reason and I don't want to overdo any specific muscle groups. I wouldn't think that back-to-back Circuit 1 and Circuit 2 would hurt, but I don't want to make any mistakes when it's going so well. Thanks!!
