And today - ouch! My butt and arms are sore! But in a good way. I really tried to push myself and use heavy weights.
On a funny note, ladies remember to take your wedding rings off when lifting those heavy weights! I noticed one day that my ring was kind of wonky and had to get it reshaped. Jeweler said better take rings off while working out. Had no idea!
