Hi Nina! Welcome back :) I have found when I slack on ST, the muscle does go away. :( I fell off the wagon for a couple weeks right before our baby girl's wedding in July, but am back at it and love it (still!)
Keep it up. You'll love it again sooner than later, I'm sure.
Here goes...have moved over the summer and feeling like I have kind of fallen off the exercise wagon. My weight has pretty much remained the same but certainly notice my muscle definition is decreased...:( A case of use it or lose it...so I ran/walked 5 km and did Burn 1...here I go... :)
