If you go to the BB site, enter in your programs that you own both CLX & TF then go to WOWY Supergym on the left menu there is an "Auto Schedule" tab...click on that then scroll through the schedules to find it

Hi all!
I really want to do the CLX/TurboFire hybrid workout that everyone talks about but I have looked everywhere for the schedule. Does anyone know where I can find that?

Did the Burn Interval yesterday instead of takinbg a day off. Took today off and Burn 2 planned for tomorrow.

I just finished my first workout. It was awesome!!!! Wk 1 B1 complete. My daughter is doing it with me. We took all our measurements so that we can compare after each phase.

@MEESUS1 I prefer to use weights with CLX. I like knowing exactly how many reps I'm doing at what weight bc with the bands if I place my feet different it can change the resistance. I have to say using the bands for turbofire strength stuff has helped them grow on me but when i go back to the hybrid i will use free weights for clx. They both work- it's just preference. What do you prefer?

Hello Everyone! I just started Chalean Extreme a week ago. I have not missed a workout yet but I am tired and sore. Rest day tomorrow and then back at it next week. I found a workout buddy who does daycare so I go to her house every day (with my 2 yr old in tow) and we workout with a young audience...lol! I am already starting to see changes in my body and I did really good this week with my eating and getting enough protein. I was having a slump day today and my depression kicked in. Sorry to say I binged on Triscuits and layed around all day after my morning workout. Figured I would get on Sparkpeople and try to find a group doing this to help me stay motivated and not sabotage my whole week of effort by falling off the wagon completely! So here I am, admitting my failure and gaining motivation through all your stories so that I can get back up and move forward again. I refuse to fail this time! Looking forward to seeing us all progress! :o)

I so prefer weights. I like not having to think about how to position the bands. But I do use bands when I travel - some moves are just uncomfortable though like certain rows and tricep extensions.

Hi Everyone!

I just pushed PLAY for the first time yesterday. Decided to forgo the rest day and pushed PLAY again today. Feel so good after both days with Chalean - sore but good.

I've owned Chalean for years (so embarrassing to admit!) but never took it out of the box. I always found convenient excuses for why life was too busy for me to carve a few minutes out of the day to workout.

No more excuses!
Looking forward to making the journey with you all!

Anyone looking for a buddy? It would be great to have someone to celebrate the progress with (and once in a while commiserate about the aches and pains too!)

Hello all! I am new to the team. I am currently in my 5th week of Turbo Fire and I wanted to add in Chalene Extreme for my ST training. I hope this is a good idea. You guys let me know if it's not. emoticon

Hello again all,

I finally had some time to myself this evening (11:30 pm) so I decided rather than blowing off my workout, I was gonna get it DONE!

BC2 week 1 is finished, and I am feeling shaky, awesome, and content that I didn't cop out.

Nicole, CLX is probably going to be a great way for you to prepare for Insanity! What kind of weights/bands will you be using?

Flower, did you start yet? If yes, how did you find it so far?

Heath2, know what you mean about sore! Forgot to take my glutamine after BC1, and so my extra cardio planned for day 2 did not happen due to DOMS.

I am going it alone this month! My co-workers and I started the hybrid in FEB. Several of them did not care for TurboFire and stopped. I am pressing on alone~~Well I have SP FRIENDS so I am never really ALONE!!!!

I am going to be starting CLX AGAIN on Feb 28th. I keep starting it and then quitting. I just can't seem to get my "routine" set. I have joined the 16-week buddy challenge, and I'm very excited!!
