I finally had some time to myself this evening (11:30 pm) so I decided rather than blowing off my workout, I was gonna get it DONE!
BC2 week 1 is finished, and I am feeling shaky, awesome, and content that I didn't cop out.
Nicole, CLX is probably going to be a great way for you to prepare for Insanity! What kind of weights/bands will you be using?
Flower, did you start yet? If yes, how did you find it so far?
Heath2, know what you mean about sore! Forgot to take my glutamine after BC1, and so my extra cardio planned for day 2 did not happen due to DOMS.
P.S. I have yet to make it past 2 straight weeks on any program. If I disappear for more than 2 days, please feel free to sparkmail and post on my Sparkpage ha ha ha!
