I checked out the information on it but I don't plan on getting it. I have a Fitbit One right now, which I love! The Spark Activity Trackers looks like it's modeled after the Fitbit.
There are 3 things that the Fitbit I have does that I really like. It tracks my sleep patterns and has a silent alarm. It really showed me how much actual sleep I was getting, so I was able to improve my sleep. The other is the altimeter, it tracks how many floors I climb. I originally thought this wasn't going to come up all that often since I live and work in single story buildings. What I didn't know is that it tracks the floors when you go on hikes also! So on a steep hike I did, I found out that it was really steep and that we climbed 50 floors. This model also costs double the amount for the Spark tracker.
Just about everything else is the same between the trackers. The app on smart phones is really handy. I imagine it has a bluetooth connection, so you can sync it to your phone when you're on vacation. It does help to motivate you to be a little more active.
