for me I do a hour walk every morning then on Monday I do a hour aerobic class and Tues. & Thur. I do a hour strength training and on Wed. I do a hour step aerobic class I really like that one a lot....when the weather finally changes I'm going to walk outside on this path that's a hour and twenty mins long I love outdoor walks then do the classes after that but I'm doing great actually....Eating is on point so I have no complaint right now....
