That's awesome Kate I'm glad you're having fun with your workouts

I haven't exercised in a month due to my Plantar's Fasciitis it's really painful so no cardio anyway but I have surgery on the 26 of this month so I'm looking forward to healing and getting back in the game

And you are so very right about increasing exercise gradually! Earlier this week I tried to do 30 mins of Zumba, but could only do about half of that before I started having pain in my right leg. So I'll have to come back to it in a few weeks. The moves in Zumba are definitely much faster than in Dance Central.

I've been working out a lot more than usual because of a challenge on Spark. I crashed and burned and even got the flu. :P
Lesson (re)learned: Increase exercise gradually.

I did one of the workouts on Coach Nicole's bootcamp dvd today, and it really kicked my behind. LOL I gave it my all, and I think I will be sore tomorrow...

I haven't gotten up to working out every day but I have been trying to find ways to get myself active and when I do work out I get at least an hour in. I also started doing one of those 30-day challenges and am doing an ab one currently.

I did an hour yesterday on the treadmill--at 6:30am! A first for me, haha. I didn't get a chance to work out today yet due to classes, but I hope to do something for an hour this evening.

I thought it'd be a good time of year to revive this thread, since it's resolution season. :)

I am redoing the January Jump-start challenge, as it's gone well for me in the past. Today I did a 10 minute upper body Spark video in the morning and 10 minutes on ski machine in the afternoon.

Now that the weather is finally(!) warming up, I am transitioning to 20 minutes of hooping outside. On rainy/cold days, I've been trying to do circuit training, but it is kind of wiping me out. ;P

for me I do a hour walk every morning then on Monday I do a hour aerobic class and Tues. & Thur. I do a hour strength training and on Wed. I do a hour step aerobic class I really like that one a lot....when the weather finally changes I'm going to walk outside on this path that's a hour and twenty mins long I love outdoor walks then do the classes after that but I'm doing great actually....Eating is on point so I have no complaint right now....
