Although I am not on a specific company's/product's plan, I do like to have structure of some kind. At the moment, that means focusing on my 10 minute exercise streak.
Throughout the year, I seek out various challenges here on Spark when I feel like I need something more structured, or if I feel like I need to have group motivation.
I like programs that have a set time frame so that I know I will see progress in X weeks/months. Otherwise, I tend not to notice progress or think it is not enough progress.
Strangely, I am currently enjoying hooping specifically because it has much less structure. Maybe I needed some balance. LOL
