I'm back on the plan that I created for myself back in 08. I loss about 80 lbs and couldn't see a difference so I quit. Biggest mistake ever. So as of this week I am back on that. I go to gym 6 days a week. The first 3 weeks I focus on cardio. I do a lot of elliptical, treadmill, bike, and some stair master (starts week 2) and swimming. After 3 weeks I start adding in the strength training. Right now though I am looking for a lifting partner. My calorie intake is between 1850-2150.

I am not doing a specific program. Currently I am focused on indoor videos and fitness games. I plan to start running as soon as the weather gets better.

What is most important to me is tracking my progress. Seeing improvements is great motivation to me. Sparkpeople and Endomodo are great resources for this.

Although I am not on a specific company's/product's plan, I do like to have structure of some kind. At the moment, that means focusing on my 10 minute exercise streak.
Throughout the year, I seek out various challenges here on Spark when I feel like I need something more structured, or if I feel like I need to have group motivation.

I like programs that have a set time frame so that I know I will see progress in X weeks/months. Otherwise, I tend not to notice progress or think it is not enough progress.

Strangely, I am currently enjoying hooping specifically because it has much less structure. Maybe I needed some balance. LOL

I am going to take a couple of months off and probably restart in June. I have gone straight through with one 8 week break for almost 3 years.

Unfortunately, I am not on any kind of program.
When it warms up a bit I plan to start walking again before going home from work but right now it is just too cold outside (okay, it isn't as cold as up in the northern wilds but I have lived in the south all my life! LOL). That is about all I can manage with work and school. I complete my B.S. in March but then I'm starting on a dual Master's program, glutton for punishment that I am! LOL

What workout program are you currently working on....is it something you put together youself or more like a structured program you're following....like Jillian Michaels or some Beachbody program....Starting Jan. 1, 2013 I'm going to start Jillian's Body Revolution again...
