I seem to take measurements once a year or less. I generally do so when I happen to be looking into a new form of health measurement, like hip to waist ratio, etc.. I have also occasionally taken measurements by recommendation of a Spark challenge like the January Jumpstart [sic].

How often do you take your body measurements once a week or monthly or non at all...if non at all why not
