My "Go To" breakfast is a whole wheat English muffin with a sunny side up egg and 2 slices of Canandian bacon or mini crustless quiches if I made a batch the previous weekend. Ü

Lt English Muffin, 1 Lg Egg, sugar-free orange marmalade and a smidgen of butter - I half the muffin, toast it and put the sunny-side-up egg on one half and lightly butter the other half and smear with a little orange marmalade with of course Earl Grey tea with Truvia. I have this most days if I haven't made the crustless spinach and feta quiches I make in batches.

I had a shake this morning also, it included: Chopped Kale, Frozen Strawberries, Fresh Pineapple chunks, and a tbsp of protein mix. It looks like swamp moss, but tastes like a fruity shake, less than 200 without the protein. I thinking about adding just a tad of flax seed mill for more antioxidants.

I have never heard of shakeology. I will have to Google that one. I make my shake with silk vanilla almond milk, vanilla whey protein powder from GNC, and a vanilla multivitamin powder from GNC. Tastes great. It's 300 calories so it counts as a meal for me. Two hours after the shake I eat my apple. That's enough to hold me over until lunch.
I have almost the same thing everyday for breakfast. A protein shake and a granny smith apple. Sometimes I switch out the apple with a clementine or two.
