At least once a week (was on Monday morning, but now Fridays since we're doing biggest loser!). But - I step on the scale other mornings if I'm thinking about it before I get my shoes on and the kids aren't hanging off of me and I have time... so kind of sporadically throughout the week. I used to weigh every day but that was really tedious, and my weight varies so much with water that it was pretty frustrating to be gaining and losing the same pound over and over again, lol.

I'm gonna be the odd one out and say that I usually weigh myself every month. I'm afraid of putting too much stress on myself if I do do it once a week, and thus be discouraged and not keep going. I just want to relax and focus on my main goal.
It obviously won't be within these 11 weeks though, and I am fine by that. I just have to remember to get used to it being every Friday now!

Before entering contests I never weighed myself. Now I am going to every Saturday! I notice the changes physically and I am happy with it:)
Every morning. I don't beat myself up if it shows higher, as I know I can gain up to 4 lbs of water weight within a day, but I do get pretty excited when it goes down to a number I haven't seen in years.

I would do it weekly or so, but I don't have a scale right now. So, I'm limited to when I visit my sister or when I go to the doctor (which has been frequently since my car accident) I really wish I had one right now :/

I'm totally addicted to the scale, but we don't have one at home so I only weigh myself at the gym. I've been trying to resist, but always seem to end up on the scale both before and after my workout. :p I'm going to try to not do that, but it seems in the two weeks I've been working out the scale has already proved habit forming for me.

everyday for me... it's the thing that help me stay healthy. If my weight is up, I try to eat healthy and exercise. If it's down, then I still try to be healthy but I don't kill myself if I goof up on good weighin days.

Every morning, and unfortunately it tends to dictate how my day goes.
