I try to workout 6 days a week, with Sunday being my rest day. I've been running and doing the 30 day shred. I've also included some of the p90x workouts into my schedule. Going to be starting Insanity 60 again soon so I will need to make some adjustments.

My workouts don't always go as planned but this week has been a good one so far.

I've been walking about 13 out of 14 days.

I'm going to start bike riding at least one day a week now that the weather is nice. Probably on the weekends. I'm also going to start doing weight training 5-6 times every 2 weeks in place of some of the walking. Then I will primarily be walking during my lunch time at work.

The Wii was nice the first couple weeks to get me started and motivated, but I didn't stick with it long.

I try to work out every day with my Kinect.... however, I have 4 kids, one who is special needs, so that doesn't always happen. emoticon

I try 5 to 6 days a week, but usually only get in 4-5 days. 30-60 mins a day with my WII and my stationary bike.

5 days a week for 30-60 minutes a day. I use the Kinect Adventures and YourShape Fitness.

At least 30 minutes a day. I'll do the Wii Fit Plus for my legs and stamina one day, and then Gold's Gym Cardio boxing the next day.

One hour a day. I occasionally take a one or two day break. But then I'm right back to it. :]

I will be officially starting P90x tomorrow. Im excited to see my results. So my workout will be modified to 6 to 7 days a week for about 1.5 to 2hrs a day. Wish me luck emoticon

I have been doing 5 days a week for at least 1 1/2 hours and I meet with a Personal Trainer Tues Thurs from 6:30-7:00 for kick ass weight lifting circuits. I try to workout after my weight in Saturday morning but most of the time I am exhausted from the week of non stop cardio/weights. But I TRY :-)

Play now, make the rules later!

i'm really bad about being consistent. i try to get in at least 3 days a week.. i know i should get more..it really is hard with smallish children under foot.

every single morning for 20-30 minutes, about 5 evening for 10-20 minutes, and I do long runs on most Sundays that vary from 1 to 2.5 hours (training for a half marathon at the end of Feb)
