Yesterday I had refried beans, grean beans, red cabbage, celery cooked in tomato sc., rice and green salad. That was lunch and then I had the same for supper because my husband refused to eat it and I had his for my next meal. I made him fried eggs, sausage, and fried potatos. He gets tired of eating healthy. emoticon

I had one cup of cr. of veggie soup (homemade) and a green salad with surimi and cheese drsg. A little later I had fresh cantelope and yogurt. All delicious.

had a green leaf lettuce salad with tomatoes, carrots, and bits of ham with ranch dressing. plus a cup of pasta, and I actually measured it out. I stayed in my ranges today even with that brownie i enjoyed earlier.

I had too many calories for breakfast and lunch so I had to have Chex for dinner with fat free milk and an apple.

I refuse to go over my calories. So while the rest of my family ate rib tips, cornbread, baked beans, green beans, and mac n cheese (all of which I had to make), I had Chex. LOL
I feel good though with what I ate. I don't have that nasty overfull, stuffed, hating myself feeling. I feel nice and satisfied!! And I did not even taste or sample one single bite!!
I am not giving up this time or messing up to the point of no return.
Hope all of you are doing as good.

We enjoyed a lightly floured chicken breast, gently browned in a tablespoon of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, then topped with sliced baby portebello mushrooms. Alongside of this we had 'wilted' spinach, brown rice, and tomato slices. Everything was yummy!

Reduced sodium stove top wrapped in thin cut pork loin, seasoned on the exposed side with mrs. dash orginial. Then covered with fit & active cream of mushroom soup and fresh mushrooms. Baked. With squash melody (zucchini, onions and mushroom with real unsalted butter). With a small spoon full of mac n cheese.
