1 cup of 3 bean chili. I used pinto, white northern and black beans, Indian crushed red pepper, black pepper, garlic, and Newman's Own marinara sauce. I cook the dried beans over night in the crock pot, then add seasonings and turn off the heat. Ready for lunch!

A ham sandwich - Arnold Select multi-grain sandwich thins, 6 slices of Oscary Mayer deli ham, shredded lettuce and a thick slice of tomato. No mayo or mustard. I may also have some yogurt for dessert!

I had a meeting that was catered so . . . a Jason's Deli turkey sandwich on wheat bread and brought mini carrots from home rather than eat the chips that came in the box. I even gave away the cookie.

I had two pieces of fried chicken . . . I know not good, I am doing the low-carb thing, so I didn't eat the honey-buttered biscuit, or the rice that they also brought with it!
