No matter what happens, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and keep on keeping on.

We all (probably) have bad habits - some are just hidden better than others'. But bad habits can be broken and replaced by GOOD habits! I'm working on it this month as part of my goals. emoticon

Our first 'game' for December is to give affirmations or encouraging words. You don't need to address someone in particular.

For example, "Just like a baby learning to walk, you may fall down a number of times, but remember, that baby keeps getting up and trying again."
