Well this challange may be a little hard for me, but we will see. I just got my gallbladder out SOI have been eating soup, instant mashed potatoes, and rice (stuff the hubby can make-he's not a big cook). I am however going to the store to by fruits and veggies and add these into my diet today. I plan on eating more salads and fruit. I have always wanted to try to cut out more processed foods. I usually don't eat that many really. SO here is to the challenge and weight loss.

1. Loose 20lbs - about 3 lbs per month; keep my kitchen cleaner; daily prayer/meditation habit;

2. i will track my food better. if i am not near my computer i will write it down on paper. i will take time before snacking to deermine if i am really hungry or not. if it is a craving i will clean or organize something first and see if i can forget my craving.

3. start with goal 3. if i start out my day with a prayer intention then maybe it can help me stay more mindful throughout my day.

Don't forget to be awesome.
