1/13 - Walked the neighborhood with my daughter (4 miles in 81 minutes); then did Wii Fit Free Step for 39 minutes.
1/14 - Did Wii Fit Free Step (used the board and stepped while watching TV) for 90 minutes
1/15 - Did Wii Fit Free Step (I use the board and step while watching a movie) for 90 minutes

My goal is to continue to do between 30-90 minutes of cardio each night before going to bed. I want to form this is to a habit that I continue past this challenge.
1. I will either walk my neighborhood or use my Wii Fit Board to step so that I get to 15,000 steps each night.
