100 rep challenges:

100 squats 10 different variateions with 10 reps a piece- butt burner but i enjoeed

100 ab challange 5 exercised 20reps ap iece could not do them all.

I really want to get back into kettle bell strength training so I will try to do 3 of the SP videos on that this week, and report back as I do.
KB is whole body ST, if I follow the workout routine I used to do, but I need to poke around and see if I can find one for each - upper, core and lower body - on here.
I'll be back to let you know how it goes.

I injured my shoulder a couple of months ago and I'm doing limited upper body ST. I will attempt to get 3 days of ST in this week. I've kinda slacked off on ST since I hurt my shoulder.
Tuesday 35 minutes (done Monday)
Thursday 25 minutes
Saturday - Not well thought out. I need to change this to Sunday, which will be next week (technically).
I had a meltdown last night and didn't get any ST in. I will do some tonight and plan to get some ST in on Wed and Fri this week.
