1. Changed my Sparkpage background and left a Sparkgoodie for a teammate asking them to join the challenge.
2. My goal for the summer is to go hiking at least 2 times a month. I used to go both days, every weekend when I was in my 20s but life gets in the way more now. I need to make time to get out at least 2 days a month.

2. Also choose a challenge you want to give yourself this summer; and keep in mind the word "Fun". It can be something involving "fun fitness" for example swimming more, playing with your children outdoors, family game night at your house, etc.
Or it can be a nutritious challenge for example finding creative ways to eat more summer fruit and veggies: berries, melons, corn, cucumber, etc.
