Goals for this Challenge and for the month of May:

1. Exercise everyday 10 min for the challenge, 50 minutes MORE for myself.

2. I will post a blog about my goals for May, by Wednesday PM

3. My start weight. 176

My outcome after 4 weeks:
1. emoticon have not missed a day all month
2. emoticon did do, and added some along the way. One long term goal: to go to sleep on New Years Eve happy with my lifestyle and comfortable with my body: still in place.
3. emoticon last recorded weight 172. Lost 4 lbs, and counting. Staying off the scale for now.

This was a great challenge, made better by working in conjunction with the SiS boot amp!
Way to keep things rolling along!

2. May Goals:

Exercise at least 60 mins a day, 6 times a week
ST for 45 - 60 mins 3 times per week
Burn an average of 500 calories a day, 6 times a week
Walk, hike, or elliptical at least 3 miles per day (average) or 93 miles in the month
Stay within my calorie range 95% of the time
Limit my sugar intake - this one is vague, but my goal is to eat my normal amount of chocolate a day (150 calories worth) and no more for the month
Stay within SP's sodium range 50% of the time. This will be a challenge, I'm still over on my sodium intake most days

I want to be healthier and fitter by the end of this bootcamp.

The type of exercise I'll be doing will depend on how my knee feels. I've been having some trouble with it lately. I'll be walking, hiking, using at home DVDs, and maybe some time on the elliptical. I also do ST 3 times a week, at home, with hand weights.

Ok, I'm in...may have a tough time on May 19, because my daughter is getting married that day, but I'll get up extra early, and pray I don't break a leg or anything while I do a short run or something to stick to our challange.

I want to rev up my fitness the next 2 months. I'm going on vacation July 13th and want to be in better shape than I am now, if not lighter. I've spent some time looking over my accomplishments the last 11 months and I'm working out my goals for May. I'm definitely up for a 30 day bootcamp! I love it, thanks for offering the challenge.

This challenge will begin May 1st - 31st. The main challenge is to exercise 10min or more 30 days straight. If you are familiar with creating sparkstreaks you may do so for this challenge. If you need help let us know.

The 2nd part of this challenge will remain a mystery until day 1. You will get mystery challenges weekly that are to be completed along with your daily fitness.
