I did not get as much exercise as I had hoped but I am still tracking and I did FINALLY stay in my range. :- ) Now if I can string 2 whole days together of staying in range! .

Black Friday is a good time for me to do another 21 Day Challenge!

My goals are to: Track everyday, stay in my range as much as possible with a few exceptions where I will not track.

I will do my best to: plan ahead for the special occasions where I will not track, to be mindful, to post here for accountability, to have a plan and most of all to NOT go "hog wild".

I would love to lose some weight but will be happy if I maintain.

I have continued to work toward drinking much less, and in fact have had only a glass of wine one night each weekend since starting this challenge.
Bottom line, mission accomplished. 21 days of far less drinking at my table!

They say that you can make or break a habit in as little as 21 days. Let's proven them right!

Choose an aspect of your healthy lifestyle journey that you feel needs a little work and post it here for all to see. Then each day, check back to let us know how you are doing; where you need help, where you are strong, where you think you have figured it out.

It can be a weight loss strategy, an exercise goal, a healthier diet (and by that I include everything you eat, not the "D word" or it can even be an adjustment in your attitude or beliefs.

Anything you want to improve upon, to make your habits healthier, your life happier or your journey easier. We want to get together and work on things here.

I don't think this will be a get on, post and get off forum. We want to share what is working and discuss what is not. I'm looking forward to hearing from all our team members who want to put an extra Spark in that healthy lifestyle.

I am making progress ! Lately i been eating a fruit parfa or something small there and eat before i leave or after we get back !

The Lord is my strength and i know i can do better with the Lords help. The Lord laid it on my heart to start a team called GOD ANSWERS PRAYER AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ANYBODY THAT WANTS HELP TO LOSE THEIR WEIGHT TO JOIN . I KNOW I CAN'T DO THIS WITHOUT THE LORDS HELP !

I have a husband that LOVES fast food and goes to town about everyday near lunch time. He is not overweight and will be 77 in Jan and i don't want to deprive him and he won't eat unless i do soooooooooooooo i need healthy ideas for every fast food place their is and am burnt out on salads ! Wendy's i usually get a chicken wrap or chilli - subway a foot ham and cheese sandwich split 3 ways and light chips i eat 1 piece and have the other two one at a time making 3 meals !Arby's usually order off of the 1 menu and have 6 of dh fries !DQ hot dog or hamburger kids meal burger king-1 dollar hamburger ! I am tired of hamburgers to ! GOT ANY SUGGESTIONS ?

The Lord is my strength and i know i can do better with the Lords help. The Lord laid it on my heart to start a team called GOD ANSWERS PRAYER AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ANYBODY THAT WANTS HELP TO LOSE THEIR WEIGHT TO JOIN . I KNOW I CAN'T DO THIS WITHOUT THE LORDS HELP !

I hear you on that one IMREITE!
Exercise is good - wonderful in fact - but it does not undo all the bad choices we make.

Super and mindless eating (somewhat rebated)

When my evening plans get off, i tend to overeat or make less healthy choices for my evening meal. i don't enjoy some fast food items, but unfortuatly other items i do.
even if i burn plenty of calories it still does not help if i overeat.

i did not let myself go for fast food but i was tempted at least 3 times.

Look at you go GOCALGAL!

I'm 3 weeks without stepping on the scale...or is it 4? And I'm getting nervous,
I think I'm over my "need" to weigh in multiple times a week, but I'm starting to lose my commitment to staying on track all the time. No immediate feedback if i stray too far from the plan. That might be a bad trade off.

I think I'm going to get on the scale at the end of this week.

Good job Sparkers!

Good for you for keeping your eye on the prize and for bringing your goals back into focus.

I'm at almost 3 weeks of not stepping on the scale and it is beginning to feel good. I don't think about it when I first wake up each morning any more. That's real progress, right?

Tried tracking my family "celebration" meal before I ate. I did not stick to it but I did better than usual. I allowed myself a slice of birthday cake. From my collage clippings I pasted and posted 2 mini goal weight loss signs one on the fridge and one at my workplace.

I tracked successfully and had a diet Root Beer for "dessert". I started cutting up magazines for my collage.
